3. Delivery of Services
We work efficiently to deliver consistent service matches. However, exact design elements, organic colors, textures, and measurements can vary slightly due to the handcrafted, natural origin of our sourcing items.
4. Sourcing Fees and Invoices
If purchasing custom artisan volume batches, all quoted costs are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include relevant provincial sales taxes (HST/GST) unless specified. Payments must be processed successfully before packing begins.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Our custom logos, unique photos, SVG designs, and specialized product collections published on this website remain safe assets of Primex Sourcing Solutions Inc. or our certified licensing partners.
6. Exclusions of Warranties
This web platform is served "As Is" and "As Available" without absolute warranties. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime or absolute safety against external network disruptions.
7. Limitation of Responsibility
